Bookings can only be done online Not by Email or Social Media.
We can allow walk-in's subject to space and availability.
All Booking's are a 60 Minute Session.
Admission Fee applies to all guest's.
Seating plan on arrival will apply.
Gift vouchers are only available to purchase in store and can only be redeemed against food/drinks and merchandise only.
Our Rules:
Please do not:
· Come to the café if you have been in contact with any sick animals;
· Pick up any cats (if they come to you and sit on your lap that’s fine);
· Wake up sleeping cats;
· Pull or hold down any cats;
· Kick or knock cats with your feet;
· Feed our cats;
· Run in the café;
· Misuse any cat toys;
· Bring in your own cat toys;
· Bring your own cat treats in for our cats.
· Use flash photography on the cats;
. leave any child unattended/walking around alone;
. Climb on tables or chairs;
. No other Food or Drink can be brought or consumed in the cafe during your visit.
. Enter without proper footwear
We have the right to refuse entry.
Please note:
During your visit upon entry you will be asked that you have read the rules and consent to them under a CCTV Camera and Microphone.
Babies under 1 years of age are not permitted.
No under 18’s allowed in without an accompanying adult who shall be responsible for those under 18.
All customers enter at their own risk and pregnant ladies should seek medical advice before entering the café.
Anyone with a persistent cough and flu symptoms may be refused entry.
All Slots are based on a 1 hour seating, Please be aware of this.
All bookings are scheduled throughout the day.
Please turn up on time. If you are early or late we may not be able to offer you an extended time to for fill your hour booking.
Our Doors are locked to keep the Cats safe and avoid uncontrolled entrances and exits. All staff on site hold a key so getting out of the premises will always be easily achieved. Please be mindful that you may have to queue during change over times before your booking.
Due to the nature of the café you must enter accepting the nature of risks associated with cats.
Whilst we have taken our best measures to ensure no cat hair enters the Food and Drink prep area’s and during food preparation, we will not be responsible for any Hair that is found in any purchased Drinks or Food once it has been delivered to your table. This would be deemed as non-refundable due to the nature of the café. Once your food/drinks are placed on your table they become your responsibility
If you do have any Allergies please notify our staff when placing an order.
Anyone deemed to be unkind to the cats and staff or intoxicated beyond a reasonable state will be asked to kindly leave the premises.
Full 24/7 CCTV and Facial recognition systems are in operation at all times.
A compulsory entrance fee of £10.00 Per Person.
Larger groups of over 5 people will not be accepted, you may sit on different booked tables if the gathering is larger however We will not push tables together, this is for the comfort of our cats and customers and fire regulations.
Whilst we have tried to make our site as accessible as possible, due the nature of the business and size of the premises we are limited on Wheel Chair access and offer only a Standard Shared WC
We unfortunately do not have allocated Parking, however there is plenty of Parking options around the town we recommend Baker lane car park, located behind the cafe.
The Cafe consists of Booth, Table & Chairs and Sofa seating areas which are allocated on our system at the time of booking to sit everyone during the slot. We have no changing facilities or high chairs.
