Bookings can only be done online. Not Via Email or Social Media Message's. We can allow walk-in's subject to space and availability. All Booking's are a 60 Minute Session. Admission Fee applies to all guest's.
Our Rules:
Please do not:
· Come to the café if you have been in contact with any sick animals;
· Pick up any cats (if they come to you and sit on your lap that’s fine);
· Wake up sleeping cats;
· Pull or hold down any cats;
· Kick or knock cats with your feet;
· Feed our cats;
· Run in the café;
· Misuse any cat toys;
· Bring in your own cat toys;
· Bring your own cat treats in for our cats – we need to control their weight;
· Use flash photography on the cats
. Children must remain Seated and Supervised at all times by the Parent / Carer
. Only 3 Children Per Adult
. Large groups over 8 people with multiple bookings will be charged a service fee of £50
. No other Food or Drink can be brought or consumed in the cafe during your visit.
Please note:
During your visit upon entry you will be asked that you have read the rules and consent to them under a CCTV Camera and Microphone.
Babies under 1 years of age are not permitted for their own safety;
No under 18’s allowed in without an accompanying adult who shall be responsible for those under 18.
All customers enter at their own risk and pregnant ladies may wish to seek advice before entering the café.
Anyone with a persistent cough and flu symptoms may be refused entry.
All Slots are based on a 1hour Seating. Please be aware of this. Our staff May ask you to drink up during our busy periods.
Our Doors are locked to keep the Cats safe and avoid uncontrolled Entrances, and Exits. All staff on site hold a key so getting out of the premises will always be easily achieved. Please be mindful that you may have to queue during change over times before your booking.
Due to the nature of the café you must enter accepting the nature of risks associated with cats.
Whilst we have taken our best measures to ensure no cat hair enters the Food and Drink prep area’s and during food preparation, we will not be responsible for any Hair that is found in any purchased Drinks or Food once it has been delivered to your table. This would be deemed as non-refundable due to the nature of the café
If you do have any Allergies please notify our staff when placing an order.
Our Menu is based on what can be prepared, cooked, delivered and eaten within the 60min time frame.
We are no a restaurant or a regular cafe. Our Cakes, Soft Drinks and Snacks are packaged in a way of displaying them within the space with have to a ensure a high hygienic level.
Anyone deemed to be unkind to the cats and staff or intoxicated beyond a reasonable state will be asked to kindly leave the premises.
Full 24/7 CCTV and Facial recognition systems are in operation at all times.
A compulsory entrance fee of £5 Per Person, Child ages 1 are Free. Admission fee will be added to your bill.

Whilst we have tried to make our site as accessible as possible, due the nature of the business and size of the premises we are limited on Wheel Chair access and offer only a Standard Shared WC
We unfortunately do not have allocated Parking in the town however there is plenty of Parking options around the town.
The Cafe consists of Booth, Table & Chairs and Sofa seating areas which are allocated on our system at the time of booking to sit everyone during the slot.
